Stone Cellar has its roots in family. For years, our loved ones have taken a yearly trip to reground themselves in the Rio Grande National Park. We’ve always focused on the next adventure, and this brings us to Olde Town Arvada. In June 2022, Jordan Alley and Brandon Kerr opened Stone Cellar Bistro.

Both owners come from fine dining backgrounds and collectively have over 30 years experience. Brandon and Jordan had been given opportunities to help run various high-end restaurants around the country, and have succeeded in doing so. After years of working under phenomenal chefs, Jordan, born and raised in Arvada, wanted to bring his knowledge back to his home town.

Kerr rejoined Alley in January of 2022. Kerr was second in charge at one of the best restaurants in the south, and with a simple phone call, he packed up from Charleston, SC and moved back to Colorado to help his best friend create a new restaurant. With the help of family, both chefs completely rebuilt an entire restaurant in Olde Town Arvada. This took roughly six months of demolition, renovation, and many hours of hard work and dedication. “We wanted to feel like we’re a part of this place whether we’re here or not”. They hand-made every table, the entire bar, shelving, the kitchen, restrooms, and everything in between.

“We really want to create an environment where everybody feels comfortable and open to creative input”. Striving for local, ethically sourced ingredients and with as much honesty as possible, both chefs hope you’ll feel connected to each plate that arrives at your table.

French inspired methods, honest Colorado ingredients.
